At Jannad Jewellery, we take pride in the handcrafted and unique nature of all our designs. Every piece you order is meticulously crafted by hand.
Return Window and Conditions
- Return Period: You can return your purchased items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and complete with all box contents.
- Security Tag: The security tag/fastener attached to our products must be intact. Returns of products with detached or damaged security tags will not be accepted.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Customized items, pieces made or resized to order, and one-of-a-kind designs cannot be returned or cancelled under standard cancellation terms.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@jannadjewelery.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos showing the current condition of the item.
Upon review, we will provide you with a return confirmation and instructions. Unless the item has a clear manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved for compliance with our return terms, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
